 Peggy Schaub

Have you ever met anyone who was so contagiously enthusiastic when it comes to telling people about Christ that you find yourself wishing you could be like that too? If not, you've never met Peggy. Nothing makes her heart beat faster than leading people to Christ and seeing them enter into a relationship with Him that will change their lives and their eternity.

That's just one reason why she's so good at her job. Some other reasons are that she has the spiritual gifts of leadership and evangelism, and she is purpose-driven, outgoing and determined.

She also loves developing spiritual leaders to do God's work. And she's well equipped to do that, partly because her favorite book is “Spiritual Leadership” by Oswald Saunders, and her favorite Bible verse is Ephesians 4:1b: "I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received."

She was born in New York City and lived in New York and California before settling in Virginia . She has a degree in Psychology from Virginia Tech and was once a Director of Group Homes where she was responsible for a big staff and honed her leadership skills.

Besides leading people to Christ, Peggy's favorite things in life are family, laughter and the beach. She does have a few pet peeves, but if you're on time and if you're kind and not rude, you'll be fine. That's not too much to ask.

The family she's so crazy about includes her “very driven” husband Mike, whom she says she tremendously admires, her goal-oriented and extreme son Cory, and her fun-loving son Chad.
