
One of the ways we serve God every day is with our bodies, but if we don't care for them correctly we won’t have the energy and stamina needed to live out the life He desires for us. The Blue Ridge Fitness Ministry was designed to help us all do this better. This ministry is for everyone, no matter what your current level of ability may be. As we seek to honor God in this area, we will develop relationships, live life together, and encourage each other as we walk, run, bike, and enjoy many other activities for individuals and families.
