WHAT IS LIFE HURTS GOD HEALS (LHGH)?

LHGH is for middle school and high school students who have issues from acne to troubled family dynamics, and from peer pressure and bullies to the assortment of life's battles that come with being a teenager. LHGH also helps teens who have turned to cutting, eating disorders, pornography, and addictions to lessen their pain. The curriculum  provides students with tools that can help them learn to deal with life. Our leaders will provide a safe place for your students to open up, be honest, and grow in Christ.

If you are familiar with 12-step programs (i.e., Alcoholics Anonymous, Overeaters Anonymous, etc.), then you understand the basic structure for Life Hurts God Heals. However, Life Hurts God Heals is an 8-step group targeted specifically for students in middle school and high school, and is based on the beatitudes from the Bible. This curriculum provides lifelong tools for students dealing with unresolved hurt and pain.
