FAQs
Can I have another job while being an intern at Blue Ridge?
Yes, our program is designed so you can work nights and weekends (excluding Sundays from 7am-2pm) at another job, if necessary. As long as your other job does not conflict with the internship hours, it is not a problem to have another job while interning with Blue Ridge.
Is housing provided?
Not at this time.
Can I still participate in the program if I am married?
Yes, as long as your spouse is in full support of your decision to intern.
Can I receive college credit for this internship?
If your college or university offers internship opportunities, we will work directly with your counselors and/or professors to ensure you meet all the necessary requirements.
When will I find out if I have been accepted into the program?
You will find out at least one month prior if you have been accepted into the program. All applicants will receive an email containing either a yes or a no.
Will I be able to take any time off?
We want our interns to get a full experience and as much out of the internship as possible, so we do not allow for any extended time off to leave during the Summer Internship. It is a short three months that will fly by!
