Our dream is that every person who enters our doors would encounter God and be closer to Him when they leave. We want to be a people who reflect God’s character to the world around us, and we believe that one of the ways this happens is through serving. Jesus is our model as He states that He “…did not come to be served, but to serve...” We believe that serving is not only an appropriate response to God, but also an avenue to encounter Him and experience spiritual growth.
If the next step in your journey involves serving, we want to help you find a place where your God-given gifts can be used to fulfill your purpose and help you become the fully devoted follower God desires.
Here is a "Hot List" of current opportunities available:
• Connections Team - Assimilation, placement, and follow up of volunteers.
• Cafe Workers - Front Counter Openers (6:30-8:30 am), closers (12:30-1:30 pm), Lunch Prep (8:00-10:30 am), Clean up (between 2nd and 3rd services)
• Journey - Set up chairs and tables; run powerpoint. No experience necessary - Thursdays, 9:30 am-12:00 pm
• Saltwater Aquarium Tech - No experience necessary, midweek & Sunday positions open
• Technical Arts - Audio Techs needed for Celebrate Recovery (Sundays, 2-6 pm) and KidStuf Theater (Sunday mornings)
• DivorceCare - Male & female leaders for DC4K (K-5th grade) & The Split (grades 6-12)
• Celebration Station (Celebrate Recovery for K-5th grade) - Male leaders
• The Landing (Celebrate Recovery for 6th-12th grade) - Male leaders
• Ushers - 3rd service
• Parking Team - particularly 1st & 3rd services
• Kids Community - Small Group Leaders, Caregivers, Large Group Teachers, Helpers, Check-In, Leaders for the Children Of Parents Serving (COPS) program, and Midweek Admin, "Kitters", Cleaning Rooms, and Stocking
• Clean Team - Midweek help
• Student Ministries - Male and Female leaders for Fusion High School & Element Middle School; helpers for special needs kids.
